This would be the perfect property for me and would satisfy all of my requirements. (Especially the price)
Unfortunately the rental market being so fucked up at the moment If i broke my lease I could be on the hook til Feb 2018.

Well it looks like we have a move day for the office.
Based on all reports and my calculations we should be in PCH by the middle of September.
I already have half of the deposit that I need should I decide to buy at the end of the year. If I take that plunge I have a list a mile long on how I want to wire it up so I can turn it into my own mini version of Tony Starks mansion.
Til next time
Since I paid my car off and made the decision to look into potentially buying a property late this year my mind has been constantly stuck in the future and in what if mode.
I know this in the long term that is not a good place to be.
If I had to say what my biggest character flaw is it would be:
“While my body might be present 99% of the time my mind is either stuck in the past or in the future.”
Til next time…
Well that was a crap weekend.
I spent most of it in bed, not because I was sick but because I just couldn’t be bothered with the world.
I couldn’t shake the particular thought that if I do by property all I am doing is trading one prison for another. I can only put it down to a Facebook post from a coworker that covered Living vs Surviving, Regret & Midlife reflection.
Til next time…
